Rainy Days and Mondays...

Monday was the first rainy day of spring, so Mom pulled out this raincoat. It is a little big, but they seem hopeful that I will grow. The rain spoiled my chance to go outside Monday, so that kind of bummed me out. I like to go into the backyard to see if the neighborhood puppies are out.

Color My World

I'm working on putting to use the cool Easter gift from Aunt Shi. She gave me these gigantic pieces of paper that Mom and Dad let me draw on. There are lines on them, but I figure they are for amateurs. I also like taking my crayons in and out of the box when I get tired of drawing.

Can you say hat?

Dad and Mom seem to spend a lot of time lately trying to get me to repeat after them - apparently words are the hip things these days. So I have now added to my vocabulary some things like hat, nose, eye, shoe and, Mom's favorite - MINE. I also make some good cow and frog noises and a fabulous fish face.

I was wearing my hat around with my pajamas the other day while Mom was talking about going to North Dakota. She thought it was cute so she had to take a picture.

You going my way?

Who knew that the cool thing I keep my blocks in can double as wheels for me? Mom and Dad seemed really impressed when I climbed in here and then tried to climb out again. I didn't really guess that the wheels would move on me.... lesson learned.

The Mullet Burden

Mom and Dad finally had some sense talked into them by Aunt Jaime and took me to get this ridiculous mullet cut. It didn't hurt at all and there were lots of cool mirrors to watch Kate work her magic. Mom says that I look like a big girl now, but I don't see what a hair cut has to do with that.

Aunt Shilo went to GB and all I got was...

a little cheesehead sweatshirt.

I really love the shirt and Aunt Shilo said it was too cold at the game for me anyway, plus the silly Packers lost.

Cool Rider

After taking in the auto show with Dad, my friend Henry and his dad, Mike, I decided that I needed a new ride of my own. I was tired of riding backwards with nothing to see. So I convinced Mom and Dad to buy me a new forward facing seat. I really like being able to see where I am going and offer my driving advice. Now I can also use my old seat as a jungle gym.

Back in the Saddle

Okay, so my parents are really bad at updating my site. I made them promise that they would do better in this new year. I have accomplished a lot recently and I know that my adoring public wants to know about it.

Basically at this point I run the house or at least run around the house. I really like to dance to any music I hear. Mom and Dad have this new funny game called Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes that you should check out if you haven't heard of it.

Now it is time for me to ride off into the sunset on my Rodi - thanks to my good friends Tate and Tabitha.

Just Like Dad

It was Father's Day on Sunday so we got to do what Dad wanted which meant going on some trip called Trail Trek. It involved sticking me in a trailer behind Dad's bike and going for a very long ride - well at least to Mom and me. Grandpa Morrison came down and rode with us and that was fun.

Dad got this cool coffee toddy maker and I got this helmet for Father's Day. I think he got the better end of the deal.

Later on we got to see Nana, Pappa, Aunt Shilo, Uncle Jarrod and Aunt Veronica so it was a big day.

5 piece chicken dinner

Alright, I haven't exactly advanced to chicken dinners yet, but I am eating some solid foods. I really dig sweet potatoes, peas and peaches. The carrots, bananas and avocados are alright. The rice cereal that Mom and Dad tried to feed me at first was gross!

My doctor said that I could start eating Cheerios so I have been working on getting them off my highchair tray and into my mouth. It is harder than you might think. Mom and Dad are getting really good at picking Cheerios up off the floor.
